Mr Burberry was launched in 2016 as the male version of My Burberry. Like the Burberry man, this fragrance line is classic, sensual and sophisticated. It is worldly and has a surprising character. The nose behind this fragrance is Francis Kurkdjian. The neck of the bottle is enveloped by a bow made of garbadine, a textile invented by Thomas Burberry more than a hundred years ago. The same fabric was used to make the fashion label’s iconic trench coats. The fragrance opens with fresh and spicy notes. Grapefruit is mixed with accords of cardamom, mint and tarragon. In the heart, woody notes of birch leaf and cedar wood come together with lavender and nutmeg. Woody fragrance notes also play the leading role in the base. Among others, oakmoss, amberwood and benzoin are incorporated in this masculine fragrance.
